结构类似于平纹织法,但经丝直径大于纬丝。在织造过程中,较细的纬丝被密集排列,形成更紧密的过滤介质,其过滤精度与强度均高于普通平纹织法,同时形成锥形或楔形孔隙。通常,粗网作为金属烧结网的加固层,细网作为过滤层。

结合密纹网与斜纹织的工艺特点。每根经丝交替跨越并压在两根细纬丝之上和之下。纬丝被更紧密地压实,形成孔隙更小、结构更致密的楔形或锥形开口。粗网用作烧结网的支撑层,细网用作过滤层。

其结构与平纹密纹网相反,采用较小的经丝与较大的纬丝。较细的经丝构成紧密过滤结构,而较粗的纬丝提供更高的机械强度,提高织网使用寿命与耐久性。

反向斜纹密纹网结合了反向密纹网的线材排列方式与斜纹织的结构优势。采用较细的经丝与较粗的纬丝,并以斜纹方式编织,使每根经丝交替跨越两根粗纬丝。细经丝形成极为紧密的过滤结构,而粗纬丝提供更高的机械强度、耐压性能及抗变形能力。非常适用于高压力、高黏度或持续机械负荷下的精密过滤环境。
