Executive Assistant to General Manager (Full-time)

Location: Shanghai Language: Fluent English OR Japanese

Key Responsibilities:

· Middle Office Coordination: Deeply involved in full-process trade monitoring; coordinate resource allocation between front-office and back-office to ensure risk control.

· Business Support: Assist the GM in market research, business negotiations, and key account development; draft high-quality business contracts and documents.

· Decision Support: Maintain Sales Ops data accuracy, analyze business reports, and oversee the implementation of corporate resolutions.

· External & Internal Liaison: Act as the GM's right hand to handle high-level business correspondence and ensure transparent information flow.

· Cultural Implementation: Assist in promoting corporate cultural activities to foster a supportive and high-energy work environment.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above with 3-5 years of experience in trade, supply chain, or related fields; middle-office management experience is preferred.

· Exceptional logical analysis, coordination, and multi-tasking skills.

· Proficient in either English or Japanese as a professional working language.

· High attention to detail and strong professional ethics.




Operation Specialist Intern

Location: Shanghai Commitment: 3-4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

· Order Support: Assist in full-cycle order tracking; coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.

· Sales Operations: Maintain ERP system data, update inventory and price lists, and assist in organizing customs and settlement documents.

· BD Assistance: Support the business team in market research and organizing potential client profiles for project preparation.

· Administrative Collaboration: Participate in organizing diverse cultural activities (e.g., charity runs, sports events) and support daily office operations.

Requirements:

· Currently enrolled Undergraduate or Graduate student, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.

· Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Japanese is a significant plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; proactive, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
